Welcome to The Viem Lives (the "Event"), official event registration portal (the "Site"), by Viem Group Pte Ltd (Viem Group, the "Event Owner").
By using, accessing or browsing this microsite and its contents, you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Site’s Privacy Policy. Please do not use and access this Site if you do not agree with its terms.
1. By registering in The Viem Lives, the individual named in the registration (the “Participant”) acknowledges that they have read the Terms of Use, and confirms their agreement and acceptance to abide by and comply with these Terms. Viem Group reserves the right to vary, amend, delete, or add to any of these Terms in their sole discretion without prior notice.
2. By registering, the Participant gives the Site permission to collect, use, disclose, and process the Participant’s personal data for the following purposes:
• As requirement for the organising and conducting of The Viem Lives
• To contact the Participant to promote and market the Event and future events of Viem Group
3. Registration is confirmed only upon the issuance of a confirmation email sent by Viem Group. Registration is non-transferrable.
4. The Site reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, images, or any media from the Event and its Participants for commercial advertising and promotional purposes related to the The Viem Lives and Viem Group, subject to the compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By submitting the application, the Participant gives their consent to the Site to collect, use, and disclose their personal data in photographs, videos, images, or any media for promotional purposes. The Participant has the right to withdraw their consent at any time upon giving reasonable notice.
5. The Participant agrees to:
• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themself in the registration form
• Maintain and promptly update the register
Viem Group may contact the Participant by email, SMS, or phone call in connection with the Event.
6. Any requirements to be fully vaccinated and to provide valid documentation to certify medical ineligibility shall be construed in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Singapore Government in force at the time of the Event.
7. Viem Group shall not be held liable to the Participant or any third party for any loss, damage, injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, in connection with the Event. Any participation in The Viem Lives, and/or any of the activities contained or occurring therein, are at the sole risk of the Participant.
8. Viem Group reserves the right to cancel or change any details of the Event or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice. Every reasonable effort will be made to inform Participants of changes prior to the date of the Event. Viem Group shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or inconvenience arising out of the cancellation or change of any details of The Viem Lives or any component thereof.

This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Viem Group Pte Ltd and how we use it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. Only authorised personnel are permitted to have access to your personal information.
Log Files
The Site follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit microsites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics.
